  So lucky to have this place pretty close to home. My boyfriend always talked it up but I just assumed it would be a run of the mill place. Boy was I wrong.
  First off the salsa is unlike anything I have tried before. It's served warm and is chopped very finely. SO amazing. By now I've tried a ton of different things and I can honestly say it's all very good. The tacos are always a great choice but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
  The staff is always very nice and service is quick. Can not recommend this place enough.

  Stopped by after a football game. Loved loved loved the salsa.
  The fish taco is a definite order.
  The carnitas taco was good.
  
  The wait staff is attentive and very friendly.
  I will be back.

  We were looking for a good casual dinner and a few people recommended this place. It was close to our hotel, was affordable and was well recommended so we gave it a try.
  
  It is not much of a place to look at. It is smallish and simple. You get chips and salsa for the table with your orders. The chips were ok. The salsa was good. It had a chipotle flavor and that made it interesting. It was also served warm, not spicy, temperature warm.
  
  For my meal I ordered the Molcajeteada. It is served in a molcajete. It includes skirt steak, chicken breast, mexican sausage, cheese, grilled onions and jalapenos. It normally also includes cactus but I am not a fan so I opted out on that. The meal was quite tasty. You get a lot of food for your money and every ingredient was good on its own. A few scoop of the ingredients in a corn tortilla made for some tasty eats.
  
  The food is good. The service is fine. The value is good. This is a solid casual meal option.

  Absolutely incredible authentic Mexican food. Their salsa is to die for! The staff is always friendly and it's a great atmosphere.

  My favorite mexican restaurant in town. The staff is friendly, and the food is incredible. Every table is served chips and their version of a warm salsa. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu but my order is always the same: 2 lengua tacos, traditional with extra lime. When it comes out, I douse it with the extra sauces they bring.
  Affordability: 10/10, their tacos range from $2.50-$3, everything else is approximately $10.
  Parking: they offer street parking, I've never had problems.
  Food: best mex in Louisville
